Cancellation Policy

By booking directly with us there is no charge for cancelling your reservation 72 hours prior to arrival.

At the time of booking a fully refundable deposit of 1 night's stay is placed on your credit card to reserve the room.
This is only used in the event the room is not canceled within the cancellation policy period or you fail to show for your reservation. 

By booking through other online booking websites your reservations are non-refundable and charged at the time of booking.

Hen/Stag Policy

For the comfort of other guests we will not take Hen or Stag party bookings and we reserve the right to cancel any booking we believe is for such a party.

Minimums

We operate a two night minimum stay policy for bookings that include Friday and/or Saturday night stays.
Bank holidays operate as a three night minimum stay for bookings that include Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Brighton Pride weekend bookings are subject to the same conditions as bank holidays.
