About Artist Residence Brighton

Our 15 Rooms in Brighton form a small, boutique style art hotel in the centre of Brighton. Our beautiful grade 2 listed Regency Townhouse is an architectural stunner that has amazing sea views over the West Pier. This is the place to stay if you're seeking a relaxing and informal break. Our usual crowd ranges from romantic couples to solo travellers, from culture seekers & art lovers to a shopper's paradise. Both old and young all are welcome.

Rooms

We have 3 different types of bedrooms - doubles, micro sea views and superior sea views. Each one is individually decorated by artists in a variety of styles from urban street art to contemporary illustration. All our rooms have digital flatscreen tv's and our en-suite bathrooms have power showers and hairdryers for your comfort.

If you're already visiting Brighton then why not enjoy the spectacular views in our superior sea views. If size isn't a concern and you're just looking for a base to stay then the micro sea view will do the job. Since you're just a stones throw from the beach anyway, our doubles are spacious enough.

All our rooms are completely different so pick and choose to your hearts desire. Your comfort is our main concern. All our beds and mattress are pocket sprung with mattress toppers. Each room has a desk and chair for those of you working.

Food

All our guests have access to our wi-fi cafe which has stunning sea views and high ceilings where you can enjoy the view with a nice cup of tea. We have put a lot of thought into food. In our downstairs cafe, you'll be able to enjoy a cooked breakfast or continental all prepared by our home cook Trish. We have a small but perfectly formed breakfast menu.

Art

If you imagine an atom, Artist Residence has art at its core. Its not just our art rooms. We also have an art gallery downstairs, which shows monthly exhibitions of emerging artists.
